Renae has more than 20 years of experience in human resources operations and strategy. Her analytical expertise combined with her comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices help her create alignment between talent, business needs and continuous improvement.
After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Human Resources Management from California State University, Fullerton, Renae worked with BDS Marketing and with Fortune 500 companies including Black & Decker, Stanley Black & Decker and Spectrum Brands. She has extensive hands-on experience leading talent acquisition and management initiatives, policy design, workflow development, onboarding, training, performance management and employee development.
As a consultant with Bright Talent, Renae has developed strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate through successful company integrations, systems implementations and change management initiatives, providing guidance on process improvement, compliance and program management.
At Bright Experience, Renae combines her deep knowledge of HR operations and technology with her gift of communication. She has a keen ability to analyze situations, identify trends and apply her knowledge toward programs that create successful and meaningful experiences for candidates and employees. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
